Excellent!

Unfortunately I'm upset, the bag I paid £371 plus customs resulting in paying over £430 which isn't great, the inner lining is crumpled and bag is very stiff, not what I expected from the advert. The wallet was missing from my order which I had to chase and complain, requested refund as it was their fault and I'd have customs to pay again, somehow my email was ignored and they posted it, they covered the customs on the wallet, they sent it but it doesn't hold my cards as its stitched ever so slightly too small, the advertised photo images show a card in the wallet with space on either side, however I can barely push my card in the slot! I emailed the company to no avail. Overall I regret buying and wish I'd put the money towards a designer bag instead 😫, I really liked Tanner Letherstein videos and reviews which was why I bought from Pegai. I have probably been unfortunate as others who bought the same bag seemed to love it, maybe the person who made mine, just rushed it, to my detriment. This same style bag in leather [non-designer] I could have bought locally from a local shop who sells leather goods at less than half of what I actually paid. I respect that Pegai advertised the Helen bag as being Toga leather hence the price but seriously if the stitching quality is sub standard then it's not worth buying. It's still boxed up not used, I can't return as it will end up costing me customs again to return resulting in £100 loss in total customs costs plus return shipping. I wish I could say something positive ✨️ 😞. I'm at a loss financially plus no bag or wallet I can use, well wallet is not fit for purpose at all, the bag looks like a normal bag from the market 😢.

Love the look of my sophisticated little wallet. I wish it was a bit larger to accommodate some additional cards and cash but I can make do with what I have.

I’m so happy with the cardholder I got. It is more than worth the price that I paid for. Very simple yet elegant style. Great quality leather that will give expensive designer cardholder a run for their money.
