- A digital proof is sent within 48hrs of receiving your artwork.
- Upon your approval, we will engrave your order in the next available time slot.
In your email, please be sure to also include:
- Where you’d like the artwork engraved (and approximate size)
- Your name & order number.

How do I send you my logo/artwork?
After completing your purchase please send your artwork file to:

What are acceptable file formats?
We accept:
- JPEG/ PNG
- EPS, AI, & PSD
500px width recommended minimum resolution
What files work best?
Some recommendations for logo/artwork:
- Black & White colors work best.
- High resolution (at least 500px width)
- Clean background
- Sharp, clearly defined lines.
- Minimal style (no gradients)
Do you offer custom design work?
At this time we do not offer custom graphic design services. Logos and artwork must be finalized and in one of the acceptable file formats indicated above.
How long does it take to complete a laser order?
Most orders are engraved within 1 week of placing an order.
Where can I have my artwork engraved?
Artwork can be engraved most anywhere on the product.
Please be sure to specify in your email to us your desired engraving location.
Popular engraving locations include:

- Center
Will I be able to see a proof prior to engraving?
Absolutely! A digital proof is provided prior to engraving your product.
We do not start engraving until you approve the proof.

The appearance of vein marks, minor scratches, variations in color and grain marks are not defects, in fact they are the hallmark of true artisan grade leathers.
To ensure the care and longevity of your Pegai craft:
Store in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or rain.
- Wipe away exessive moisture with a soft dry cloth.
