Bad experience

The portfolio I received had a black mark on the reverse; it looked like a defect; I sent photos to the company and indicated what I received was not what was represented in the photos on the website. I volunteered to send it back and requested a refund or a replacement. Company refused to send a replacement. Only gave me a 50% refund. This was intended as a holiday gift. I won’t be giving it to anyone. Very bad experience.
