Received this wallet as a gift. After a while, the mechanical device that holds the bills in the wallet failed. After contacting customer service, they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. After I looked at it, the original device screws apart and the new device is one solid piece. So it seems they've fixed the problem.

Overall, the leather in the wallet is top notch and I love it. The added customer support makes this company a no brainer for your next wallet purchase.

Had this wallet for about 1.5 years. Awesome quality. The clip however broke 1 year in. Contacted the company and received a new one for free! Definitely recommend this wallet!

The wallet was a gift for my son who just a birthday. Though the leather is nice strong thick leather. The clip has sufficient slots for his cards and IDs. The color is beautiful. When I received the clip I conditioned it and sprayed with water & stain repellent which I use on my leather purses and it really works. He is using and loves that he now keeps some cash in the clip. The quality is very good.
